4-Week Free Mindfulness Meditation Series

Learn how to develop a regular mindfulness meditation practice to help:

  • Manage stress
  • Promote relaxation
  • Increase focus
  • Connect with others

Each workshop will have a guided meditation, a short talk, and a chance for discussion.

Attend the entire series, or drop in as you like.  Open to the entire campus community – students, staff, faculty, and administrators.
